Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Leadership: Lead and facilitate the storage of bulk, unprocessed cotton seed and provide logistics support for warehoused products.
- Safety Expertise: Support the Environmental, Health, and Safety program with site safety initiatives and lead a safety culture through comprehensive training.
- Maintenance Coordination: Facilitate repairs of onsite equipment and buildings during the operational season and coordinate summer maintenance during the off-season.
- Shipping and Receiving: Prepare and manage shipping, receiving, and storage plans while adhering to site standard operating procedures.
- Compliance Assurance: Partner with the site manager and other supervisors to ensure compliance with government, regulatory, and stewardship guidelines.
