We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team in Bapchule, AZ.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of our de-linting and packaging plants, as well as shipping and receiving in the warehouse.
You will work closely with the Plant Manager and Shift Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and provide support for production, business, and other processes within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in team meetings focused on topics such as shift change, cleaning, maintenance, and regulatory matters.
- Assist in hands-on training of contingent workers to include competency evaluations.
- Participate in the site's Quality and Stewardship initiatives.
