As a Production Superintendent, you will be responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient day-to-day operation of the unit. You will help develop a strong technician and shift supervisor pipeline to support the long term success of the unit while ensuring an inclusive working environment.
As a Production Superintendent, you create chemistry by...
- Providing technical support and leadership to meet production demands
- Supporting the development of shift supervisors and technicians through continuous performance dialogues and coaching
- Leading and supporting a strong safety culture through participation in the unit’s exposure reduction process, management of change, PHAs, and incident investigation
- Ensuring the unit achieves all production targets in combination with the Production Manager through maintenance planning and plant troubleshooting
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Possess 7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or maintenance
- Experience working with SAP is preferred
