- Program Summary :
- As a highly motivated rising graduate, you will participate in a 24-month cross-functional program with three, eight-month rotations in various technical areas, including : Manufacturing / Operations, Corporate Engineering, Ecology and Safety, Maintenance, and Research and Development (R&D)
- Your ability to be mobile will be critical, as US locations include, but are not limited to : Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana
- Successfully engaging across the business, you will be exposed to the leadership, technical, and scientific aspects of plant engineering, while also working in areas of safety and environment to uphold our high standards
- Upon your completion of the program, you may be offered direct placement within the organization in a variety of disciplines in engineering and production
- Potential start dates are June and August of 2025

- Upcoming or recent graduates receiving a Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Engineering between May 2024 July 2025
- Demonstrated academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.2)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without restrictions or future sponsorship
- Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S. during and upon place off from the program. All assignments are in-person / hybrid
- Demonstrated previous leadership experience & academic achievement
- Active participation in extra-curricular activities and on-campus organizations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding work ethic and leadership potential
- Project management experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Previous internship / co-op experience is a plus
