Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team in Bishop, TX. This individual will be responsible for driving reliability and asset effectiveness performance using best-in-class tools, methodologies, and techniques.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to production and maintenance personnel, lead or participate in Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA), and monitor Asset Effectiveness (AE) and SAP PM KPI data for early identification and resolution of reliability issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, validate, and analyze plant Asset Effectiveness (AE) data and propose improvements.
- Lead Asset Effectiveness (AE) improvements through 'Bad Actor' management, continuous improvement, and RCFA.
- Lead reliability and AE review meetings, document action items, and follow up on implementation and closure.
- Apply appropriate reliability tools to drive improvements, optimize costs, and improve AE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field and at least 5 years of overall experience.
- Knowledge of Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering activities in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of API; ASME and ISO industry standards for fixed and rotating equipment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and establish effective working relationships with all departments.
