**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team in Bishop, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving reliability and asset effectiveness performance using best-in-class tools, methodologies, and techniques.
This position provides technical support to production and maintenance personnel, leading or participating in Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) and monitoring asset effectiveness and SAP PM KPI data for early identification and resolution of reliability issues.
You will lead and participate in the implementation and sustenance of various reliability and asset effectiveness initiatives, applying appropriate reliability tools to drive improvements, optimizing costs, and improving asset effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, validating, and analyzing plant asset effectiveness data and proposing improvements
- Leading asset effectiveness improvements through bad actor management, continuous improvement, and RCFA
- Leading reliability and asset effectiveness review meetings, documenting action items, and following up with implementation and subsequent closures
- Applying reliability tools to drive improvements, optimize costs, and improve asset effectiveness
