">We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at BASF in Bishop, TX.
">This role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations at the site, including month-end closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with SAP modules, MS Office, and basic skills in Tableau and/or PowerBI.
">About the Role
">In this position, you will serve as a key member of the Site leadership team, providing strategic financial counsel and support to the Site Director, Global Product Manager, and Head of Business Management.
">You will be responsible for directing and ensuring compliance with Corporate Accounting Policies and procedures.
">The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading through coaching and multiple forms of communication to ensure that site personnel possess sufficient financial knowledge to understand the P/L implications of activities occurring in their area of responsibility.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or MBA, CPA (Masters degree highly preferred).
">You will also require effective written and verbal communication skills, knowledge in management accounting and inventory control methods, and experience with SAP modules, MS Office, and basic skills in Tableau and/or PowerBI.
