About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse and Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team in Maricopa, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety culture and compliance, as well as experience in warehouse operations, cotton production/research, or seed production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating the storage of bulk, unprocessed cotton seed while providing logistics support for warehoused products to our production facility. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous process improvements.
- Have a High School Diploma (required); an Associate degree or higher in Agronomy, Seed Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Business/Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, cotton production/research, cotton ginning, or seed production.
- Have a strong background in safety culture and compliance.
- Demonstrate effective team leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
