RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the APE Customer Service Iberia team, you will collaborate in the following tasks:
- To ensure correct and prompt customer order processing, also interacting with the logistic providers (deposit and transport), in the respect of the corporate procedures and standards.
- To ensure correct application of the commercial policy, by means of the IT tools and the processes and procedures in place that involve the customer service team. This includes the maintenance of Web Order Entry & SAP Sales master data updated.
- To ensure that the invoices and credit notes are issued correctly and promptly in the respect of corporate procedures and current tax regulations.
- To provide the sales team with the relevant pieces of information relative to order processing and deliverie's status.
- To ensure a constant update of the customers´ master data with all relevant info received by the sales teams and / or the customers.
- To handle customers's products returns, interacting with the sales team, the customer and the logistic provider.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar qualification
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
- At least 3-5 years of experience in in Logistics, Customer Service or Supply positions
- High level of English
- Customer focus, collaboration and communication skills
