RESPONSIBILITIES
In our international People Data & Talent Management Team you take accountability for project driven training activities of our global Oxygen project in close collaboration with the project team.
In this role, you define and further develop training formats and learning paths for different target groups based on project demand as well as enable trainers to conduct trainings.
You coordinate training material needs such as review & approval process, translations and file management.
Additionally, you facilitate trainings by setting a standard frame to ensure consistency of throughout various training formats.
You are responsible for the training coordination and preparation such as planning, communication and ensure the feedback process. You ensure training set-up and thus work across the organization to obtain global approvals and relevant processes steps.
Last but not least, you define a sustainable training concept after the project and prepare hand over to line operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
successfully completed vocational training or university studies, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a similar field of study
initial experience with proven project management methods as well as situationally appropriate and adequate application of these methods
affinity for exploring tools like SharePoint, MS Stream and Camatasia
excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German or other European languages are a plus
independence, commitment and communication skills in dealing with different hierarchical levels
entrepreneurial behavior with a high degree of ownership and service mindset as well as conceptual thinking and the ability to present complex issues to heterogenous target groups
BENEFITS
Gross annual salary (full-time): 43.000 - 47.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
