RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the HR Services Team Italy, we are committed to deliver the
highest quality of service to our BASF partners in Italy. Our team is
growing! We are looking for a well-organized and customer-oriented
colleague with a focus on Payroll activities to join our Italian team. In
this role, you will:
o You prepare and handle the monthly HR processes and
implement, improve and maintain administrative processes in SAP
HR.
o You will support the preparation of the monthly payroll, post
payroll and additional reports.
o You ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning
our HR services are met.
o For this you are in close cooperation with our local HR Business
Partners in Italy as well as our internal service departments in
Berlin and our technical providers.
o You also collaborate in internal projects, focus on solutions to
increase efficiency and encourage the best practice sharing
amongst our EMEA HR teams.
o You contribute to our quality and knowledge management by
documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in
accordance with our high-quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Bachelor's degree.
o At least 2 years of professional experience in Italian payroll
administration.
o You have good knowledge and practical experience in the field of
Italian legislation and HR processes (social security, taxes, time
management, compensation). Knowledge of Italian collective
agreements is a plus (Chemical and Commercial).
o You are fluent in Italian and have a good level of English; German
is a plus.
o You are used to work with IT systems and MS Office applications
and have as well solid MS Excel skills. Experience working with
Zucchetti is a big plus.
o Whilst working towards deadlines, you demonstrate very strong
analytical and organizational skills.
o Towards customers you always present yourself in a friendly and
service-oriented manner.
o Moreover, you have a very proactive and entrepreneurial
personality and are eager to contribute with your creativity and
knowledge to the Team's success.
