- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. ">
- Direct the operations of the front end of the grocery store, ensuring seamless checkout experiences and efficient inventory management. ">
- Collaborate with the Store Team Lead and other assistant leads to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of store appearance. ">
- Recruit, train, and develop courtesy clerks and cashier/clerks to ensure excellent customer service and meet productivity standards. ">
- Maintain accurate records, including cash handling, inventory control, and employee performance evaluations. ">
Requirements:
