Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe and supportive environment for youth
- Supervise and assist youth with their personal development and well-being
- Work with a team to create individualized care plans for each youth
- Help youth build life skills, coping strategies, and problem-solving abilities
- Lead group activities for social and personal growth
- Monitor and document youth behavior and progress
- Manage crisis situations and apply de-escalation techniques when needed
- Collaborate with staff and professionals to implement effective care plans
- Attend staff meetings and training to improve skills
Requirements
Full Time 2nd Shift or PRN is available.
The full time schedule rotates with 4 days on and 2 days off. Scheduled shifts begin at 1 : 30PM and end at 10PM.
Full time staff are required to work on call shifts.
