Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented gregerious individual. This is actually not a para-legal job, however we respect the strengths we find in Para legals. This job will work closely with the number 1 and 2 people in this fast growing recession prooft company. We work with power plants all over the country. This role requires a the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing research and gather relevant information for principals,
- Assist in procurement of products via phone, email and follow-up
- Manage expediting of lead time items before they become a problem.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to keep our inventory data accurate
- Liase with IT support people

- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding order status and documentation requirements.
- Handle clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing paperwork.
Skills
- Proficient knowledge of excel is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and documentation purposes.
