Job Description
As an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards. Your primary duties will include diagnosing the cause of malfunctions, repairing vehicles, examining assigned vehicles for additional safety or service work, communicating with the parts department, conveying information to the service advisor, accurately documenting work performed, road testing vehicles when required, and retaining thorough knowledge of manufacturer technical bulletins.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must have basic tools, valid NYS Inspectors License, and a valid Driver's License. You must also operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner and maintain a clean work area.
