Position: Cashier/Office Assistant
Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac - 3475 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park, NY 14127
Schedule: Full Time – Rotating Saturdays Included
Cashier/ Office Assistant Compensation: Between $17.00-20.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume).

Valid Driver’s License required for all positions

Cashier/ Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness when stocking in vehicles as well as working through any issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Payment Processing:
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and check transactions for services and parts.
- Issue receipts and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily deposit reports.
- Clerical Duties:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
- Communication:
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Relay messages and information to appropriate staff members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Valid Driver’s License required for all positions
