Detail Supervisor

We are seeking a Detail Supervisor to join our team at Basil Family Dealerships. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a family-owned dealership group and a dedicated team of service professionals.

About the Role:
This is a 5-day per week position, with occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the detailing team in preparing new and used vehicles for sale or delivery.
• Ensure high-quality interior and exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, and buffing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
• ADP/CDK software knowledge a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• This is a physically demanding role; prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting may be required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, dust, and cleaning solutions.
