Position: Maintenance Assistant

Assistant Maintenance Supervisor:$17-22/hour (based on knowledge and experience)
Schedule:Five days a week-Some weekends or off hours may be required for emergency maintenance
Maintenance Assistant Job Duties and qualifications:
- Minor Electrical and Plumbing repairs
- Drywall repair and paint
- Remodel and demo
- Replacement of ceiling tiles
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
- Rearrange office furniture and equipment
- Occasional janitorial duties
- Seasonal Landscaping
- Lawn and Parking Lot Maintenance
- Snow Removal
- Monthly OSHA and fire prevention Inspections
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift at least 60lbs
- Perform other duties, as assigned
