Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods, ensuring timely communication with guests.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, taking reservations and providing information as needed.
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred, with a focus on guest services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to enhance guest relations.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
