With multiple entities under management, we require a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to oversee financial records, ensure compliance, and assist in the month-end close process.
Job Description
The Bookkeeper will be a part of the Accounting Department to manage financial records, support the month-end closing process, oversee fixed asset management, and handle tax-related payments. This role requires strong bookkeeping experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple entities effectively.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger

Reconcile and balance accounts to the general ledger

Perform bank reconciliations and post associated journal entries

Manage and maintain the fixed asset database

Process payroll journal entries
-
Assist in month-end close
-
Prepare and submit tax filings
-
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Work on special projects as assigned
Qualifications:

Associate’s in Accounting
-
3-4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (multi-entity experience preferred)

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience in payroll processing and reconciliations
