Summary:
Basin Harbor owns 3 MasterCraft NXT-22 ski/surf boats as well as other powered and non-powered watercraft. The Boat Driver will be required to operate and care for all of these boats.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate and maintain Basin Harbor’s fleet of waterski, tubing, wakeboard and wakesurfing boats
- Assist other members of the waterfront team as needed
- Perform any other functions as deemed necessary by the Harbormaster
- Maintain a clean, orderly and organized work space
- Wear the waterfront uniform as directed by the Harbormaster
Essential Qualifications and Competencies:
- Experience operating powered watercraft is required
- Experience caring for powered watercraft is required
- Experience in watersports such as waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding and wakesurfing is required
- Maturity and sound judgment
- Ability to apply common sense, understanding and to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Critical evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Must be able to adapt to changes in a fast paced, dynamic, and sometimes intense work environment
- Have the stamina to work up to 10 hours outside: sitting, standing and walking.
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
