Responsibilities/Duties:
- We're looking for servers who can take meal orders, anticipate guests' needs, and provide excellent customer service.
- You'll maintain a safe working environment, follow set-up and breakdown guidelines, and adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Detailed-oriented servers will transmit orders efficiently, identify special dietary needs, and keep kitchen staff informed about meal progression.
- You'll also understand the need for proper etiquette and service standards, be able to take direction, work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and reinforce dining room procedures.
- A clean, well-kept, professional appearance is essential for this role.
Qualifications:
- We require experience in formal restaurant settings, preferably with knowledge of wine.
- Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, responsible, and reliable individuals who can perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will thrive in this role.
- The physical demands of this job include standing, using hands, talking, and hearing, as well as occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- A willingness to pass a background check is also required.
