Job Responsibilities :
- Manage 3rd party commercial real estate brokers
- Negotiate lease terms
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends and prepare comprehensive reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and industry professionals
- Perform financial analyses
- Manage lease administration, including renewals and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions
