We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leasing Associate to join our commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional who excels in teamwork, collaboration, and is goal-driven. The Leasing Associate role plays a crucial role in our organization, serving as the primary manager of third-party real estate brokers, and working with our Property Managers, Construction, and Marketing to procure and retain tenants. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from developing market strategies and negotiating leases to analyzing market trends and developing financial analysis for commercial properties.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage 3rd party commercial real estate brokers
  • Negotiate lease terms
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Analyze market trends and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and industry professionals
  • Perform financial analyses
  • Manage lease administration, including renewals and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate, specifically in commercial leasing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including Yardi and digital marketing tools
  • Real estate license and relevant certifications preferred
  • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate (preferably) or business, marketing, or other related field
  • 3 weeks PTO and paid holidays

  • Other Information :

  • Pay Range : $105,000.00 to $125,000.00
  • Eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program
  • Local travel expected
  • Supervisory role
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Must legally be allowed to work in the U.S.
