What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Care Advisor position at BASINSPIRE?
This position will cover Canyons County and Ada County regions. Base salary is $45,000. Monthly commission and bonus opportunities.

We are looking for compassionate team members that would love to help families through a delicate situation to find an incredible environment for elderly family members to be cared for. Your fun-filled days will be educating the community on what makes our communities different, and then helping the wonderful families through the admission process.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop lead generating relationships with referral sources such as skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, retirement communities, hospitals, discharge planners, doctors, adult family home professionals, etc. through regular sales calls and strategic marketing.
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with all facility departments to ensure appropriate and efficient decisions about prospective admissions and discharges.
- Deliver information to appropriate external medical professionals including success stories, thank you cards and clinical information.
- Maintain and implement monthly marketing plans and have weekly team sales meeting to measure progress.
- Organize special events and presentations targeted at community education; serve as a community resource and maintain contacts for information exchange.
- Create and uphold an environment of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and joy. Positive work culture is a must.
- Complete face to face contacts with primary referral sources each day and maintain a sales call log/CRM.
- Visit potential residents and provide assessments of them to our team
- Provide thoughtful tours of our communities to potential family members and referral sources
Who you are:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Health Care, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales, with proven ability to "close" a high percentage of quality leads. Healthcare sales experience preferred.
- Effectively articulate company mission, services, differentiating factors, and story about our community.
- Exceptional customer service
- Respond quickly to incoming leads. Organize and execute the admission process with doctor, family, and facility staff.
- Develop Internal marketing strategies and train staff at monthly meetings.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Must have a valid driver's license, dependable vehicle for transportation, and personal auto insurance.
