About the role
As a leader on our World Modeling team, you'll be responsible for designing and building the world that our AI systems interact with. We are looking for engineers with experience modeling interconnected systems, developing coding abstractions, and designing / debating the trade-offs and constraints of a system.
In this role, you will set the context and rules in which our AI agents operate.
What we look for
In accordance with New York State regulations, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$300,000. This range represents our broad compensation philosophy and covers various responsibility and experience levels. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. We are committed to meritocratic and competitive compensation.
