Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of School at BASIS Ed Texas, located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Head of School will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including curriculum development, staff management, student performance, and community engagement. The role involves leading and mentoring teachers, ensuring the school's adherence to BASIS Ed standards of excellence, and fostering a culture of academic excellence and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership
- Proficiency in Education and Communication skills
- Ability to conduct and apply Research effectively
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field is preferred
