Minimum Qualifications: Eligible to work in Arkansas Public Schools. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Ability to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance through the state department and Department of Public Safety.
Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an educator. A master’s degree is preferred.

Benefits and Salary: Starting Teacher Salary is $50,000 and is negotiable dependent on education and experience.

- Identifying student needs and cooperating with the other professional staff members in assessing and helping students solve health, attitude, and learning problems
- Providing differentiated instruction and executing IEP’s and 504 Plans with fidelity
- Substitute/duty coverage as needed
- Supervise students during classroom transitions throughout the day
- Occasionally represent the campus at designated school wide community events outside of typical school hours
