Baskervill is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design firm with offices throughout the country and in Gdansk, Poland. Our Richmond office is currently looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our growing firm. Administrative Coordinators are trusted partners in matters of day-to-day team support, proposal and contract development and execution, and consultant coordination. Sound interesting? Let’s talk!
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the primary support for proposal and contract development and project-related legal and administrative needs, in alignment with the firm’s identified risk management protocols
- Prepare and proofread team and project-based correspondence and reports
- Manage project-related documentation via project database(s) and servers
- Coordinate internal team meetings and in-person client meetings, as required
- Provide back-up to other Administrative Coordinators teammates, as needed
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 5 years of relevant administrative and support experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working for various stakeholders in a team-based setting
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts and legal terminology
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Professional services or A/E/C firm experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, AIA contract software, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Bluebeam Revu preferred
