We have an immediate opening for an experienced Architect to join our Education Studio in a project management role. In this studio, we fundamentally believe in the Ask, Listen, Create mantra, which we use every day to deliver successful projects. This role provides diversity and variety in your day-to-day, so our ideal candidate can work independently and flexibly with a well-established public sector team. What you’ll be doing :
- Oversee projects from design conception to construction completion while focusing on meeting budget, timeline and client specifications
- Lead the team of Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers who manage design development, coordinating construction documents and resolve any issues that may arise
- Support the Principal in Charge in addressing client priorities and maintaining smooth client relationships, while remaining motivated, organized and passionate about projects
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants on projects
- Mentor and work closely with junior staff to review their work and support their career development
- Work on multiple projects of varying sizes, providing project management and internal team guidance through every phase of design
