We have an opening for an experienced Project Manager to join our Civic studio. This role provides diversity and variety in your day-to-day, so our ideal candidate can work independently and flexibly on multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail and a collaborative spirit. What you’ll be doing :
- Oversee projects from design conception to construction completion while focusing on meeting budget, timeline and client specifications
- Lead the team of Architects, Engineers and Designers who manage design development, coordinating construction documents and resolve any issues that may arise
- Support the Principal in Charge in addressing client priorities and maintaining smooth client relationships, while remaining motivated, organized and passionate about projects
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on projects
- Mentor and work closely with junior staff to review their work, project management skills and support their career development
- Work on multiple projects of varying sizes, providing project management and internal team guidance through every phase of design
