What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Cake Decorator position at Baskin-Robbins?
We are looking for assistant cake decorator/crew member to work 20 hours a week.
This person should be responsible, efficient, and able to reliably product a high volume of quality cakes that meet Baskin Robbins brand standards while also helping to work the counter and serve customers.
Duties:
- Must get training to work the counter first
- Responsible for serving customers ice cream and beverages in addition to decorating cakes
- Fulfill custom cake orders
- Maintain fully stocked cake display
- Track supply inventory and receive delivery
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep the restaurant clean and stocked
- Work in team environment

Qualifications:
- Previous related experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques and tools is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and understand their requirements
- Must be available to work 2-3 weekdays and Saturday.
Pay:
- $16.28~$18 (hourly) plus tips
