Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including training and development
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment-
- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance store performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Proficiency in sales management and achieving targets
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and clerical duties
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and merchandising principles
Preferred Skills:
