Assistant Store Manager - Retail

Baskin Robbins is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the overall operation of the store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

You will be working closely with the store manager to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction, and ensuring that brand standards are executed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.

• Support store manager in completion of weekly labor schedule
• Assist team and shift lead performance appraisal process
• Engage with Dunkin Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
