What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Baskin-Robbins?
We are looking for crew members who can work opening, day or evening shifts including Saturdays.
Examples of each shift:
Opening shift - 11am to 2pm or 11am to 3pm
Day shift - 2pm to 6pm or 3pm to 6pm
Evening shift - 5pm to 10pm or 6pm to 10pm
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work at least 10 hours per week including Saturdays
- Consistency and Reliability
- Great customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to clean/sanitize surfaces
- Cheerful and Positive attitude
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with smile
- Scoop ice cream, make sundaes/beverages, and ring up all purchases in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take cake orders
- Prepare desserts, waffle & fancy cones
- Track supply inventory
- Maintain high standards for product freshness and sanitation
- Keep the restaurant clean and stocked
- Accurate cash handling
- Work in a team environment
- Assist in other duties as assigned
Pay:
$16.28/hour plus tips
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.66 - $17.00 per hour
