What are the responsibilities and job description for the CREW position at Baskin Robbins?
We are seeking Crew members for the upcoming season! Preference will be given to applicants available from March 14 – November 26, 2025.
Crew positions are available during the peak season (mid-March to late November). Duties include, but are not limited to, meal service, basic food prep, dishwashing, retail sales, cabin and facility cleaning, guest check-in, and various other tasks to support our overnight guests.

Physical Requirements:
The Crew position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform various tasks such as hiking, lifting (up to 25-30 lbs.), and working in all weather conditions. You’ll need to hike at least once a month, with the shortest trail being 5 miles one way. Tasks will include lifting items such as linens, non-perishable goods, large pots, and mop buckets.
Additionally, math skills are needed for retail work, including cash and card transactions.
Teamwork and Communication:
This role requires working well with others and being a team player. You must follow a chain of command and be open to discussing and resolving any issues or misunderstandings that may arise. Living quarters are provided, and you will often be working in close proximity with other crew members.
