Operational Excellence :
Ensure all Dunkin' stores in your district adhere to brand standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols. Monitor and improve store efficiency and customer service.
Sales Growth :
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase customer traffic, and achieve revenue targets for each store in your district.
Financial Management :
Manage and analyze financial performance, budgets, and expenses to optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
Training and Development :
Provide training and support to Store Managers and their teams to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.
Quality Assurance :
Maintain Dunkin' quality standards for products and service across all locations, ensuring consistent and exceptional customer experiences.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management :
Oversee inventory levels, supply orders, and distribution to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
Compliance :
Ensure all stores comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Dunkin' franchise requirements.
Customer Engagement :

Qualifications :
