Team Member Job Description
Position: Team Member
Shifts: 4:30 PM - 10:30/11:00 PM
Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), including holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and special requests
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
- Valid food handler's permit, with ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to go above and beyond to help customers and provide top-notch service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Must be 16 years of age or older
