Requirements
- NEED EXPERIENCED ICE CREAM SCOOPER.
- NEED FOOD SAFTY CERTIFICATE.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Scoop and serve ice cream in various sizes and styles.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate retail math calculations.
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of ice cream and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Uphold food handling guidelines to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
Skills
- Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
