WILL TRAIN FOR CAKE DECORATING, experience a plus!
- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist customers in selecting flavors and toppings for their ice cream
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream shop
- Prepare ice cream cones, sundaes, and other frozen treats according to customer preferences
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Stock ice cream containers, toppings, and other supplies as needed
```Skills```
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for customers
- Knowledge of various ice cream flavors, toppings, and combinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience in a kitchen or food production setting is a plus
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
