**Restaurant Manager Position**
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Baskin Robbins, a Franchise Organization/Location owned by Client Name.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Multi-Unit Manager/Franchisee and be responsible for delivering great guest experiences, operational excellence, and building profitable top line sales of a single restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed flawlessly.
- Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
- Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
- Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to team members.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
- Control costs to maximize profitability.
- Manage cash over/short and ensure team members follow franchisee cash management policies.
Management Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members.
- Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance.
- C< Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Education/Experience:
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Basic math and financial management.
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
- College Degree preferred.
