Manager Job Description
Duties:
- Assist with customer service and provide a positive experience for all guests
- Take orders and accurately enter them into the point of sale system
- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with keeping the dining area clean and organized
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
-keep up with inventory
-fill in or find a replacement when an employee calls out
-train new employees
-interview and hire candidates for positions with the company
-make sure other crew members are doing thier job.
-give tasks to other crew members to complete
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in a retail or food service setting is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
