We are seeking a Regional Supervisor to oversee the operations of 4-7 Baskin-Robbins stores in WI, MN, and MI.
Job Summary:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to lead our best-in-class restaurant management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in QSR management, drive-thru service experience, and prior multi-unit experience. Retail experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
People Management:
Recruit, train, and develop management teams
Coach and develop Restaurant Managers and conduct timely and accurate performance appraisals
Operations Expertise:
Ensure all operating standards are exceeded for service and quality
Share best practices with other managers to maximize store efficiency and profits
Financial Expertise:
Oversee sales growth and ensure financial targets are met
Address and guide financial issues with Managers until successful resolutions are accomplished
Communication:
Review and share information relative to products, marketing, pricing, and industry news with your teams
Marketing:
Manage community involvement and community relations in store locations
Maintenance:
Ensure regular cleanliness and maintenance of each restaurant and equipment within
Development:
Key contact for all trades in the construction and set-up of new restaurants
