As our Restaurant Manager, you'll never be bored. You'll be responsible for making sure our restaurant runs smoothly.
Overview : Baskin Robbins Shop Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his / her team with the overall goal of delivering friendly and satisfying guest experiences, operational excellence and of helping to build profitable top line sales and bottom line profits of one restaurant in the network. Shop Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to franchisor standards, franchisee policies and procedures and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectivelyEnsuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followedCreating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoyResponsibilities Include :
Performing all responsibilities of restaurant team membersLeading team meetingsDelivering training to restaurant team membersEnsuring Brand standards, recipes and systems are executedCreating and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurantReviewing guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvementCommunicating restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team membersExecuting new product rollouts including training and samplingMaintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, andsanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws
Controlling costs to help maximize profitabilityConducting monthly inventory reviewsCreating crew labor schedules and ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards.Completing product orderingConducting self-assessments for Operational Standards and Food Safety and corresponding action plansEnsuring restaurant budget is met as determined by FranchiseeManaging cash over / short in restaurant and ensures team members are following franchisee's cashmanagement policies
