You will be responsible to Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the store strategy and action plan. Additional duties of a Restaurant Manager include; Motivating team to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures, and maximize productivity and profitability, hiring, training, and monitoring the development of staff. A Restaurant Manager is required to have 3-5 years experience in food & beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment. A qualified candidate must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
