Shift Leader

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Baskin-Robbins in Madison, TN. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations during the morning shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Open the store and lead morning operations
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including food prep, front-of-house, and storage areas
• Execute all Baskin-Robbins duties with attention to detail, including:
• Preparing and serving products according to brand standards
• Maintaining proper inventory and restocking as needed
• Operating the POS system and handling cash/credit transactions
• Supervise and support team members during the shift to ensure a smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with management about shift performance, supply needs, or customer issues
• Assist with basic cake preparation/decorating if skilled (bonus, not required)
• Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement within the business

Preferred Qualifications:

• Morning shift availability (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team
• Cake decorating skills are a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
