Shift Leaders

The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin' donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.

• Deploy team members appropriately to meet guest's needs and service standards throughout a shift.
• Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.
• Ensure team members handle all Guest concerns with a sense of urgency.
• Candidates must be able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing.
• Availability on weekends
• Cash handling management
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
