The Food and Beverage service staff's primary purpose is to assure and exceed Member, guests and the public's expectations.

We are looking for: Beverage Cart Attendant

All Positions Report Directly To: Food and Beverage Manager.

JOB SUMMARY

Beverage Cart Drivers are responsible for providing food and beverage service while consistently displaying a positive attitude and knowledge about the food and beverage menu. They will need to have a working knowledge of the game of golf, or will be trained to learn about golf. They will work closely with other staff. This position reports directly to the FB Director.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Responsible for serving Members on the Golf Course while following hospitality standards of service.
• Must have knowledge of the menu. As well as possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the Club.
• Beverage Cart Attendant: knowledge of golf play, able to drive a golf cart to serve the Members. Responsible for beverage control, accurate pouring of product, general cleanliness of beverage cart.
• Greet customers promptly while providing a warm welcome making them feel at home.
• Ensure daily assignments and side work is complete in respective areas.
• Because of the fluctuating demands of the company’s operation, it may be necessary that each Employee perform a multitude of different functions therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

Qualifications:

• Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
• You are comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
