BASO Lighting is a global leader in the architectural lighting industry, seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our U.S. factory and showroom in Oxford, Connecticut.
This role will provide an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to customer satisfaction via effective communication internally and externally.
We are looking for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience in business-to-business or manufacturing customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). Knowledge of order processing in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
