Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the President, manages the staff and production of the Collections Department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising the Collections Department.
Assist in directing staffing, training, development, and performance evaluations to develop and improve the team(s).
Review performance reports and track productivity of department to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of dialer, policies / procedures, and insure attainment of revenue and performance goals
Monitor collectors’ talk offs to promote quality and ensure compliance with FDCPA and all other guidelines set forth
Conduct coaching and document sessions with staff
Track and perform coaching for attendance
Provide communication and follow up with team(s) to ensure representatives are fully informed of new information related to procedures, processes, work standards, goals, and company related issues
Audit accounts considered to be uncollectible; ensure maximum efforts have been taken before closing to return to client
Reviews settlement offers below the collector approval levels and communicate with clients for approval
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions to perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments.
Conforms to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein
Accountable for the work of the staff within Collections Department and the attainment of department and production goals.

Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent experiences preferred
Related Experience: 5 years of collections or related experience
Management Experience: 3 years of management experience
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Internet software
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
