Experience / Qualifications:

 No Sales Experience required (Preferred)

 CRM Software (Preferred)

o Mondays CRM experience a Plus

o ZoomInfo Experience a Plus

 Self-Motivated – Will spend the day cold calling potential customers

 Comfortable on the phone

 Strong communication skills

 Strong computer skills

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Shift:

 Monday through Friday

 8am until 4:30pm

o 30-minute unpaid lunch

 Work out of Lisbon, Ohio Corporate Office

Job Duties:

 Cold calling potential customers, creating leads for our outside sales reps

o Hitting daily call quota (50-100 calls)

 Document all activity, calls, and results in company’s CRM

 Communicate / working with Sales staff and management

o Set qualified appointments for sales force

o Follow up on communications

 Creating call lists using company software

 Assist sales team in developing quotes

 Assist sales team with other related items
